The Optimal Health Challenge is a training in the practices, pillars and principles for unlocking optimal health, a high level of physical, cognitive, emotional and mental health. Optimal Health is foundational to healthy longevity and inner wellbeing, and an essential driver of sustainable high performance. You will emerge from this enlightening 60-day process having discovered your current level of health and fitness and knowing how to: • Create and sustain high levels of energy, focus and wellbeing • Upgrade your sleep, transform your body composition and improve your nutrition • Reduce your risk of developing cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative disease and cancer • Assess, track and improve every dimension of your health • Access expanded states of consciousness and creativity on-demand • Skilfully manage stress, emotions and perceptions • Create a lifestyle that supports optimal health and longevity.

Course Leader

Dr. Mark Atkinson, MBBS, BSc (HONS), FRSPH, is an internationally renowned pioneer in integrative medicine with 25 years of experience in guiding individuals towards optimal health and healthy longevity. Mark's published books include The Mind-Body Bible, Holistic Health Secrets for Women, and True Happiness - Your Complete Guide to Emotional Health. He is the former medical director of Bulletproof and now Chief Health Officer at NoordCode. Mark is a Fellow of the American Institute of Stress, Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, Fellow of the Association for Coaching, GMC Registered Medical Doctor, Accredited Master Coach with the Association for Coaching, member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and Member of the International Society of Psychoneuroendocrinology. He received his medical degree from Imperial College London (St Mary’s Hospital Medical School) in 1997.

Felix Hirschburger, MA, is a senior instructor at the Human Potential Academy and a Certified Optimal Health Practitioner. He has over 10,000 hours of coaching experience with entrepreneurs, executives and athletes. He holds a MA in economics and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC/ICF). He is also a licensed hypnotherapist, Wim Hof Method Instructor and trained in different breathwork practices. Felix is a former member of the management board of the Swiss market leader in Career and Executive Coaching, University lecturer in the areas of coaching / leadership and TEDx speaker.

  • When does the challenge start and finish?

    It commences Monday Sept 18 and finishes Nov 13.

  • When are the live calls?

    They take place on 9 consecutive Mondays at 5pm UK (12pm ET). Live call 1 is on Sept 18 and the final call on Nov 13. Each call lasts between 30 and 45 minutes.

  • What happens if I can't attend the live calls?

    They will be recorded and posted to the learning centre within 24 hours.

  • Will I be able to receive personal health advise in this challenge?
